I have nothing but great things to say about Fireplace Masters. I have dreamed of a wood fireplace since I was a little girl. Purchasing a two storey home which could not accommodate a straight flue, I was understandably nervous about the aesthetic of a 45 degree bend. How silly that seems now. I’m absolutely in love with my fireplace. I purchased the Blaze 905 and it is beautiful. Kerryn is amazing, she was so helpful with all of my questions. I love that they also provide installation as you know the total cost from the outset. The three blokes who installed my fireplace were also wonderful. Even the flue on my external wall is beautiful. 5 stars! Thank you!

**"Exceptional Service and Quality Workmanship"**Three years after our fireplace was installed, we encountered an issue with the baffle (the top part of the firebox). I reached out to Igal from Fireplace Masters, and he responded promptly by coming out to inspect the situation. Not only did he address the issue with the baffle, but he also identified another potential problem we hadn't noticed.What truly impressed me was that despite it being a warranty issue, Igal prioritized our situation and quickly scheduled a full day with his team to fix everything at no additional cost. The fact that this happened three years after installation, and Igal didn't hesitate to prioritize us, speaks volumes about the integrity and professionalism of Fireplace Masters.We're extremely happy we chose to build through Igal and his team. Service at the Albion Park retail outlet was helpful. Advice received was clear. Quotes were quick and efficient. The team of 3 arrived on time on the day and worked steadily (8 hours) until the job was properly done, fully tested and cleaned up. They were friendly and experienced. All good.It would have been 5* except they miscommunicated back in the office and forgot to arrange their plumber which they had committed to do. This lead to last minute stress and left me searching for a local plumber on a Sun afternoon. Luckily one was available and so we could proceed on the Monday morning.

Recently had Fireplace Masters install a new Insulated Flue Kit to the wood heater in our bar area. The two young fellas did a sensational job and cannot fault their work or professionalism. From start to finish we were kept in the loop with what was going to happen with the installation. Highly recommend Fireplace Masters A+++++

We wanted a small Australian made wood heater in an extension we were having built. We selected a Nectre N15 to be supplied and installed by Fireplace Masters. The staff from Fireplace Masters were absolutely magnificent from the moment I called them until installation. They attended the property first to see if they could restore and repair an old 1960s Fireplace. When it became obvious it needed replacement due to not being up to code and old age, they worked with the current measurements to find a rare Fireplace that would fit and with the least amount of construction. Kerryn was relentless in her search finding exactly what we were after by contacting the original fireplace manufacturer AND arranged the work within our price range. The boys who installed the fireplace were professional, and respectful and very clean and tidy. I can not speak highly of all the staff at Fireplace Masters!! Bloody Brilliant.

The team at Fireplace Masters did an absolutely incredible job of building our fireplace. It was a complicated job and in addition to the installation, it involved knocking down and rebuilding a wall, not to mention building in our TV and soundbar above it. They even added a hidden compartment around the corner allowing us to connect things to the TV without visible cables.We're obsessed with the fire and we've had it running most mornings even though we're coming into warmer weather. We're actually kind of looking forward to winter so we can test it out properly.Thanks to Kerryn, Igal and all the team for making it happen so quickly and professionally and to such a high standard. We particularly liked the fact they took care of everything, so we were not required to find our own tradies to be involved in the work. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Just as all the other reviews say, these guys are great! Not many places will sell, install and maintain fireplaces which is a huge bonus for warranty etc and they were very patient with us while we worked through our installation requirements. Would recommend.

We purchased this lovely fire place from and got it installed by the team at Fireplace Masters. The team were all so helpful from the visit to the show room, to the install. The install has been done beautifully and the guys who came out not only knowledgable and super skilled but were funny too. We are so happy with the end result of our nectre 60 curved. We recently installed a Pacific Energy Neo 2.5 in our new build. Fireplace Masters came highly recommended and we're extremely happy with the result. Kerryn was amazing to deal with, kept us informed during the whole process. Due to the build progress, we had to postpone the install date a number of times. It was no problem rescheduling. Installers were courteous and professional. We were a bit concern with the extra flue work and visual looks as we had very high ceilings. It turned out amazing and one of the best features of the house.We highly recommend Fireplace Masters to anyone.Thank you!!

FIRST CLASS SERVICEI cannot recommend Fireplace Masters highly enough. I needed to have my oldbuilt-in unit on the South Coast replaced and was impressed by theirpromptness, professionalism and attention to detail. Weeks ahead of theinstallation, Igal travelled two hours to assess and painstakingly measure whatproved to be a tricky and challenging job. When the installation was carriedout, Igal, Sean and their team were efficient, focussed and extremely careful asthey overcame numerous hurdles that I now know can arise when installing orreplacing a wood burner. Recently had a Masport Ravenhall installed in Kiama. Tricky install requiring the chimney /stovepipe to be placed through double story house whilst not cutting through floor joists. The install crew were > ontime > professional > courteous > polite > tidy > and took the time to explain the process. Genuine guys who knew their job, knew roofing and worked well as a team. Very impressed.

I highly recommend Fireplace Masters. I received excellent professional service from my very first phone call through to the final installation of my wood heater. They provided expert advice on a suitable unit for my house, prepared council application and then installed the unit with minimal fuss and left the worksite spotlessly clean. Everyone at Fireplace Masters was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist and make the experience hassle-free. I have no hesitation in rating them 5 out of 5!
