I had ordered and paid for a new electric heater but the team member who came to replace my old gas heater advised me to have it serviced rather than install the new one. I have nothing but great things to say about Fireplace Masters. I have dreamed of a wood fireplace since I was a little girl. Purchasing a two storey home which could not accommodate a straight flue, I was understandably nervous about the aesthetic of a 45 degree bend. How silly that seems now. I’m absolutely in love with my fireplace. I purchased the Blaze 905 and it is beautiful. Kerryn is amazing, she was so helpful with all of my questions. I love that they also provide installation as you know the total cost from the outset. The three blokes who installed my fireplace were also wonderful. Service at the Albion Park retail outlet was helpful. Advice received was clear. Quotes were quick and efficient. The team of 3 arrived on time on the day and worked steadily (8 hours) until the job was properly done, fully tested and cleaned up. They were friendly and experienced. All good.It would have been 5* except they miscommunicated back in the office and forgot to arrange their plumber which they had committed to do. This lead to last minute stress and left me searching for a local plumber on a Sun afternoon. Luckily one was available and so we could proceed on the Monday morning.

The staff from Fireplace Masters were absolutely magnificent from the moment I called them until installation. They attended the property first to see if they could restore and repair an old 1960s Fireplace. When it became obvious it needed replacement due to not being up to code and old age, they worked with the current measurements to find a rare Fireplace that would fit and with the least amount of construction. Kerryn was relentless in her search finding exactly what we were after by contacting the original fireplace manufacturer AND arranged the work within our price range. The boys who installed the fireplace were professional, and respectful and very clean and tidy. I can not speak highly of all the staff at Fireplace Masters!! Bloody Brilliant.

The team at Fireplace Masters did an absolutely incredible job of building our fireplace. It was a complicated job and in addition to the installation, it involved knocking down and rebuilding a wall, not to mention building in our TV and soundbar above it. They even added a hidden compartment around the corner allowing us to connect things to the TV without visible cables.We're obsessed with the fire and we've had it running most mornings even though we're coming into warmer weather. We're actually kind of looking forward to winter so we can test it out properly.Thanks to Kerryn, Igal and all the team for making it happen so quickly and professionally and to such a high standard. We particularly liked the fact they took care of everything, so we were not required to find our own tradies to be involved in the work. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We recently installed a Pacific Energy Neo 2.5 in our new build. Fireplace Masters came highly recommended and we're extremely happy with the result. Kerryn was amazing to deal with, kept us informed during the whole process. Due to the build progress, we had to postpone the install date a number of times. It was no problem rescheduling. Installers were courteous and professional. We were a bit concern with the extra flue work and visual looks as we had very high ceilings.
